Printing the vehicle wrap graphics
Vehicle wrap applications begins after all graphics, layouts, and concepts have been established. The graphics are printed using a high resolution vinyl graphic printer. The finished product (shown below) is then transferred to our production department for installation.
Beginning the installation
Once the graphics have been printed and cut to fit the vehicle they are positioned on the vehicle to ensure a custom fit. This is where the wrap begins to take shape.

Mayhew Signs then uses industry standard tools and techniques to ensure a professional finished product. The vehicle wrap graphics will fit like a glove on your vehicle. The perforated vinyl used in our vehicle wrap installation projects is made for the job and wont harm your vehicles' finish.
The finished product
After the graphics have been set and are correctly positioned the vinyl is given some time to set to ensure the vinyl will not peel or curl. Once the product has passed our qualified installation teams inspection the client is called to inspect their work and the project is complete.
